Brevan Developments has announced that it has obtained the ministerial decree for the “Lake House” project in Obour City, coinciding with the launch of the second phase for sale, with targeted sales exceeding EGP 1 billion.
Engineer Saeed Sakr, CEO of Brevan Developments, stated that obtaining the ministerial decree represents a significant milestone in the development phases of the Lake House project. It reflects the company’s success in meeting all necessary requirements to complete the project’s execution according to an integrated vision that ensures the protection of clients’ rights and maximizes the investment value of the project.
Engineer Saber Zahran, Board Member and Co-founder, affirmed that Lake House is one of the most prominent new residential projects in Obour City, due to its unique strategic location directly on the Line 10 Axis, in front of the 8th District villas, and next to the New Obour City Authority, an area witnessing rapid urban and investment growth. He noted that the project is built on an area of 9.5 acres and was designed to offer an advanced concept of quiet, low-density residential living, while providing vast green spaces, open areas, and integrated services that ensure the highest levels of comfort and privacy for residents. He explained that the great success of the first phase and the notable client demand prompted the company to accelerate the launch of the second phase, which includes a distinguished group of residential units with diverse locations and views, while offering flexible payment systems that suit current market needs.
Engineer Ibrahim Abdel Azim, Board Member and Co-founder, explained that the launch of the second phase comes at an important time following the receipt of the ministerial decree, which gives clients more confidence in the project and enhances its investment attractiveness, especially given the continued high demand for distinguished residential projects in Obour City. He added that the new phase includes diverse units, including apartments, ground floor units with gardens, and duplexes, with areas starting from 136 square meters up to 350 square meters, with reservation and payment systems starting with a 15% down payment and installment periods of up to 6 years. He confirmed that the project includes an integrated package of services, including a Club House, swimming pools, artificial lakes, green spaces, children’s recreational areas, walking paths, 24/7 security, surveillance cameras, electronic gates, and garages, cementing its position as one of the promising residential projects in Obour City. He further noted that obtaining the ministerial decree in parallel with the launch of the second phase marks a new starting point for the Lake House project, reflecting Brevan Developments’ vision to provide projects that combine a prime location, high-quality product, and rapid execution to achieve the highest added value for clients and investors.
